Soaking feet in organic herbs for 30 minutes helps to remove toxins that are trapped within the body and induces better blood circulation. Bring 2 to 3 quarts of water to boil. Remove from heat. Toss in one serving of herbal foot bath either straight into the water or into mesh bag for easy cleanup. Allow contents to simmer and steep for 3-5 minutes minimum although the herbs are safe to leave in for the entire process. Pour water into bin large enough to allow room for both feet to fit comfortably. Move bin onto the floor in front of a cozy seat. Grab a large towel and slowly begin placing one foot into the water testing the temperature. You want the water almost too hot, but not to the point where it will burn or be uncomfortable. Once desired temperature is reached safely place both feet into bin and cover legs and bin with towel trapping all the heat and steam. Sit back, relax, read a book or watch a movie. Allow the toxins to be pulled from your body as you enjoy the warmth and herbal magic.
